เข้าเมนูกล้องไม่ได้ มันขึ้นคำว่า feature not support จะแก้อย่างไรดี

i have a 6680 phone, when i try to open front camera , i got a error message "'Feature not supported". i already try to upgrade software using nokia firmware update tool, but remaining same....what i should do for this problem, is it this hardware problem....waiting for a positive replay

Try removing the memory card first. If it helps, it could be a faulty card that's causing it.

One suggestion might be to format of factory reset the fone, this will restore all original settings. But im not sure i aint done it.
If you want to give it a try- first backup all you files onto your memeory card, and write down your sim contatcs if they are on the phone, they will al be wiped. I mean everything, so dont blame me if you try and something gets deleted.
Then while in stand by mode, pres *#7370#, then it will ask you if you want to do this, click yes and it will reset.
If the problem still happnes, you might want to send itback to nokia. Go to nokia.com and find your nearest service point, then they should send it back for free, but sometimes it costs
